Our Story

About us

Founded in 2019, Scrimmage was born out of a passion for sport and design.

It all started with the idea of making socks for the team we played for. It continued with the purchase of a small heat press and a home printer, modified for sublimation inks.

A garage, a year of trials with accompanying joys and disappointments, and then the decision to launch Scrimmage, moving into a living room...

We started by creating unique socks for basketball fans and supplying sports clubs and tournaments with customised socks. Today, we have become a point of reference for those looking for high-quality technical socks with original designs and a wide range of sports themes.

Our mission is simple: to combine functionality, comfort and style in every pair of socks, striving to break away from the ordinary. We use premium materials and innovative technologies to ensure that our products deliver exceptional performance, both on the playing field and in everyday life.

1

GRAPHICS AND PRINTING

Graphics are initially created and then printed on sublimation paper, with a plotter using high quality, EEC-compliant inks.

2

INSERTING:

Neutral socks are 'inserted', i.e. an internal template is inserted to hold the sock flat and allow the graphics to be proportioned to the surface to be printed.

3

COUPLING:

Once the socks are inserted, they are coupled to the design to be printed, positioning both the front and the back so as to have a graphic continuity in the split line on the side.

4

PRESSING:

The pattern is transferred by heat and pressure through a heat press.

5

PACKAGING:

The socks are now printed, you just have to remove the paper whose design has been transferred onto the object and package them.
