How does the customisation process work?

Creating customised socks for your team is simple. Our aim is to guide you every step of the way, from your initial ideas right through to the finished product.

The first step is to get in touch with us.

Please fill in the form with your details and tell us briefly what you have in mind: what sort of team you are, what style you prefer, and what your expectations are. This will enable us to understand your requirements straight away and get back to you as efficiently as possible.

Following our initial contact, we will reply and ask you to email us all the necessary material.

Following your initial enquiry, we will get back to you and ask you to email us all the necessary materials, such as:

• the team logo (preferably in vector or high-definition format),
• the official colours,
• a photo of the kit,
• some general design guidelines (colours, positioning of logos and numbers),
• the type of personalisation required (the same for everyone or with name and number),
• an approximate order quantity.

Once we have received this information, our design team will work on a proposal and let you know the delivery times.

We will send you one or more design proposals, from which you can choose your favourite, indicating any changes or adjustments.
Once the design has been confirmed, we will produce a physical prototype, and you will receive photos of it for final approval.

Once the prototype has been approved, we will take care of everything: we will start production and let you know when your customised socks are ready.

It depends on the quantities and the number of designs required; if you contact us, we will send you the Team Supply price list and a personalised quote.

Delivery times vary depending on the quantity of socks to be produced; generally speaking, once we have received your order, you can expect delivery within 10 to 40 days following our notification.

Yes, our minimum order is 10 pairs of socks

We’ll take care of all the design work; all you need to do is send us some basic information, such as your team colours, logo and a few photos, along with any ideas or instructions you may have. The design proposals we produce are included in the price.
