Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your contract with Scrimmage within 30 days from the date of delivery of the products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you need only notify us of your intention to return the product within 30 days, possibly giving a reason.

You may inform us of your intention to withdraw and return the products by sending an e-mail to info@scrimmage.eu.

The products must be shipped no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Make sure that the products you are returning are complete and have not been tampered with.

You can wear the product only as much as necessary to check the size and fit and to better assess the purchase. Products with obvious signs of use will not be accepted.

You may request an exchange of the product for another one or a refund of the full amount excluding shipping costs. This decision must be expressed in the email with which you inform us of your intention to return or withdraw.
